Glucoronolactone is a product we make in our body when we break off glucose (sugar). Glucoronolactone is of great need for all muscles. Glucoronolactone can be found in, for example, red wine. It is seen often in energy drinks as well, because it does give you energy and makes you feel better. This makes glucoronolactone an ingredient every good energy drink must have.
