Super de Boer Energy Drink Sugar Free

Price: €0.29
Contains: 0.25L

The sugar free edition of Super de Boer's regular energy drink.
I figured that there would be a sugar free variant of this store brand energy drink, because on the regular can it's emphasised that it was the regular variant.
When there's only one variant of a drink, it's not nescessary to place 'regular' beneath the name, so that's why I headed to Super de Boer to look for an other variant.

Packaging:
The overall design is, not surprisingly, the same as the can of the regular energy drink.
The biggest change is that they changed some colors to make it easy to distinguish from the regular one.
This can is white instead of black, and the color scheme of the flame has been reversed, which means that the silver areas now are red, and so on.
The can is not really ruined by the Super de Boer logo this time; the turqoise green logo fits in better on a lighter background.
I think the can is just as cool as the regular editions' can, maybe even cooler.

Slogan:
No slogan on this can, pretty common on low budget cans, but still it's a pity.
I thought that they would at least try to place the Super de Boer slogan on the energy drink.
SdB's slogan is 'Graag gedaan', which means as much as 'You're welcome'.
On the one hand they would at least have a slogan, but on the other hand that wouldn't make any sense, so I believe it's better to leave the slogan-reserved area as a blank.

Taste:
The taste pretty much corresponds with the flavor of the regular edition, except that this one is less sweet (duh), and a little more sour.
It's pretty much drinkable for such a low price, but if I only had 30 cents to spend (which comes pretty close to reality), I would still get the regular one.
But for people who must be careful with their sugar intakes (such as diabetics), I can recommend this drink, because despite of it being sugarfree, the drink still tastes good.

Kick:
Almost not to be noticed, as with every low budget drink, the kick is only minimal.
It's that kind of drink that you'll not take exclusively for the kick, more like a cheapy soda that you must enjoy.

Price/Quality Ratio:
Pretty good, with this one I do not have to deal with the fact that sugar free drinks are usually more expensive (as with Euro Shopper's sugar free energy drink).
It's equally priced to the regular edition and just as good.
I'll also recommend this one as a low budget- or quick drink.
