This is the sugar free variant of the regular Euro Shopper Energy Drink.
I'm not so keen on sugar free drinks, but I give every drink a chance.
Packaging:
Euro Shopper didn't put much effort in designing the can for their sugar free energy drink.
The can is basically the same, except that ENERGY DRINK now is written in blue instead of red, and the unnessecary second ENERGY writing is now replaced with SUGAR FREE which is written in red.
I think that they should have put more blue in this can (for example: the band at the top and the SUGAR FREE writing could have been blue), because now the can is hard to distinguish from the regular Euro Shopper Energy Drink.
Well, at least the unnessecary second ENERGY writing is gone.
Slogan:
They still haven't slapped a slogan on the can, too bad.
Let's move on.
Taste:
I didn't expect much of this drink when I first bought it, and that's mainly because of the sugarfree part.
The drink had the same smell and looks of its regular variant.
I was pretty surprised when the taste was also similiar, it's only less sweet!
This sugar free drink actually is one of the better ones I've tasted so far; normally, drinks lose some of their flavor when the sugar is removed, but that doesn't really count for this one.
Kick:
The kick was the same as the kick that I got from the regular version; almost nothing and certainly not long lasting.
That's all that I have to say about the kick.
Price/Quality Ratio:
Though it's still a cheap drink, it's more expensive than the regular one.
Why? Why do I have to pay that dull extra seven cents just to get less sugar?
Still, I shouldn't be complaing; 36 cents still isn't much and the drink is decent enough to live up to that price.
